I have been very busy with my daughter's activities recently. There are so many things a 4 years old needs to do such as outings, piano lessons and practices, ballet lessons and other enrichment classes. She enjoys learning new things and that makes us very happy.

We are Taking a Break!

I am on half vocation mode recently. We are planning to take a break to Europe next month. Also we have some visitors in the house and I am busy studying on recipes for meals.

This is an Indian dish called Aloo Gobi or Potato Cauliflower. I put some beans in it. I love Indian food. It is fairly easy to make it tasty because of the spices in it, while Chinese dish is much more difficult.

This is the lovely Love Birds Home Sweet Home  laptop skin. If not for the order, I almost forgot about the existence of the design.

I like this small mini cute Bird Pond Pink laptop skin and wrist skin set. It is small size about 20 x 37cm. I can image how pretty it is when they are applied on a mini laptop.

This is a laptop skin that is just made from the Girl Reading Print. I like the color very much. It is laminated so that you can clean the surface using a wet towel. The laptop skin is made exactly according to the size that the customer required. I rearrange  a bit of the design to fit perfectly of the skin size.

This is a lovely design with a very traditional warm colors. It suits those who likes to wear brown, green, etc  earth colors.

Monday Orders Laptop Skins and Prints

Monday is the day that I spent most of the time to process the orders. I found mostly people order at the end of weekend and weekends.These are the laptop skin orders. The red bird and rose tree are the first time orders. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful. There is a wrist area skin of the poppy one. The middle is the touch pad. This part of the skin is cut out nicely.
The above are the prints on heavy art paper. They are not laptop skins and have border for framing. The prints are much more beautiful when you see them physically than in the photo. I love to print them. It is such a great satisfaction to see a beautiful piece of art coming out from the printer slowly. It is always exciting when you see a physical print than the image of the computer.

How to Order the Prints
Each print in my store are priced at $18 + $5 (S & H). For each additional print, the shipping is charged $3.

For example, if you order 3 pieces of prints, the price is 18 x 3 + 5 + 2 x 3 = $65.

How to Order Laptop Skins From My Store

If you find a bit confused as how to order a laptop skin here, hope this article will help you. It describes:

The Sizes of Laptop Skin

To perfectly fit your laptop, you should send me the exact size of your laptop skin. Every skin in our store is made for the order. It is not Pre-made and Mass-made. I'll move around the design to perfectly fit the skin size. It is very different from cropping the skin.
But, what if you don't have the sizes with you because it is a gift or a new laptop hasn't arrived yet. In this case, you can also send me the model of the laptop. I have sizes for many models avaiable.

How to Order the Wrist Area Skin

The wrist area skin not only protects your laptop wrist area against wear and tear from watch, bracelet, dirt or water drops, it is also beautiful to look at it as well.

To order wrist area skin, you need to give the following information so that I can cut the middle hole of the touch pad from the wrist area skin.

1]. The touch pad size

[2]. The wrist area size

[3]. If the touch pad is not in the middle of the wrist area, you need to give me the four distances of the touch pad to the sides as d1, d2, d3, d4. (see the following image)

[4]. If you have an irregular wrist area skin, if you know how to draw a diagram, you can send me a diagram as the follows:

The Prices and Shipping Charge

The shipping cost varies according to your order. The more you order, the less percentage of shipping cost will be. For one laptop skin, the shipping cost is about 25% of the total cost of your order.

Laptop Skin for My New MacBook Pro 15" and Merry Christmas

I just got my new MacBook Pro 15". I immediately made a skin for it with a matching wrist area skin as well. These are the Christmas gifts for myself.

The design is a watercolor effect of bird and flower. I love the new look of my MacBook.
A note about applying the wrist area skin, since the middle part is cut, the skin is not easy to be applied due to stretching when you pull it. One thing you can do is to apply a moist cloth to both sticker part of the skin and the wrist area. But be careful do not use too much water to let water drip into the laptop. With the help of a bit water, you can lay down or pull the skin easily if it is not well applied.

The good thing about the wrist area skin is that you will not spoil your laptop due to your bracelet or your watch. Of course, it is so beautiful when you look at it as well.

VIP Blue Owl Laptop Skin

I saw this name of the blue from a cover of a magazine. I am not sure why they call it VIP blue. But I instantly like the name and the blue and want to try it on my painting. This owl is really beautiful with this blue. I wonder how come I never thought about it before.

The laptop skin prints are so beautiful when it is magnified.
