I just got these new brass charm bases while I was walking around. They are round with image of 0.7"/18mm in diameter. The earring measures 1.1"/ 28mm in diameter.

They are really lovely. I made several earings with the baby owl design. The images are covered with thick layer of resin to give durability and crystal clear beauty.

This is the blue bird laptop skin that I just made. It has very stuble blue, brown and sparking white colors. It s really beautiful.

The Kiss Very Large Laminated Print

I just sold one Large Laminated Print (LLP) of "The Kiss". It measures 27 x 35"/70 x 90cm. You can see how small the 8.5 x 11.5"/21 x 30 cm Spring print is comparing to the LLP.

The print has a sticky side that you can stick it to a hard-board such as gatorboard. You peel off the paper attached to the sticky side. If you leave the paper on, you can frame it as a normal print. Better than normal print, it is laminated which means it has a protection layer to allow you to clean the print with a wet towel.

Picking up my watercolor again today. I used to use very bright colors and now I try to use soft and delicate ones. The problem with soft colors is that when you paint the background, the contrast is gone and it is difficult to get an attractive painting.

But I like the whimsical effect of soft colors and would like to explore more.

I haven't put all my watercolor paintings in my store yet. But this one is there. I try to put them gradually.

Summer Flower Prints and Laptop Skins

If you are familar with great Chinese painter Wu Guangzhong's painting, you would be familiar with the beautiful black lines he draw with Chinese ink. I like black lines.

This is a simplified version with less flower from the previous Summer Flower. The lines are more dominate in this painting and they are really beautiful.

LET Life be Beautiful Like Summer Flowers Laptop Skins and Prints

LET life be beautiful like summer flowers

and death like autumn leaves.

Guess who's poem is it? It is by my fariorte poet Robionathan Tagore. I was thinking of paint something for summer for quite a while. Although it is summer all the time in Singapore and I don't feel the heat (because I am used to it), I try to recall the feeling of the summer when I was somewhere else. I looked out of my windows and there is a huge tall tree full of pink flowers. The beautiful poem "LET life be beautiful like summer flowers" jumped into my mind.
