Large Prints

Thank God that my condition is getting a bit stabilized without heavy antibiotic. I hope this time I was really on recovery. It is so wonderful to be able to process orders and paint again.

These are some of the large vinyl prints that I just printed out for customers. The vinyl prints can be mounted on hardboard to hang. For examples:

The Blue Original Watercolor Painting and Canvas Prints

I painted this on a bigger paper than the last few ones on 12" x 9" /30 x 23cm.

The Details

I got some request on prints of the watercolor painting. I provide a few of them now. The size range from 5 x 7" to 28 x 43". You can also choose different type of paper such as canvas cloth, art paper and vinyl. For smaller canvas prints, I provide gallery wrapped canvas print up to the size of 18 x 24".

These are on Gallery Wrapped Canvas. It looks very pretty.

You can also choose large prints on canvas or paper.

Bird Pond Large Canvas Print

A very relaxing and peaceful painting that adds much serenity in a modern home.

I am planning to work on new pieces of paintings that will fit nicely to modern homes with gray, white, black, purple and blue colors.

The prints are also flexible that can be made to different shapes such as very wide or long pieces.

The size can be printed in various sizes up to 71 x 110cm/28 x 43". You can choose different types of mediums such as canvas, art paper or vinyl sheet to be printed on.

This is a very large print of size 28 x 43"/71 x 110cm that is printed for a customer of Hibiscus and Bird print.

It is printed on art paper. The surface is laminated so that it will be protected for dirty and touching. You can wipe it using wet towel if there is dirty on the surface.

I try to hang it to my cardboard to take a nice photo.

To hang the print, you can frame it as usual. But I think it is best to mount it with a Adhesive Gator Board, a type of foam board with adhesive surface so that the print can stick on it for hanging.

I am so excited to share the new print In the Flower Mountain Large Laminated Print (LLP).

It is so big that I can only take the picture by placing it in the floor.

I really like the image. It's beautiful. You can see the following picture of how LLP would look like in your home.

The print is printed on a vinyl sheet. It is mounted on a foam-board. You can buy foam-board from your local art or advertisement material shop.

The method of mounting a it on a board is the same with that of applying laptop skin. You can find out more from Applying Laptop Skin.

It would be very difficult to frame it if it is printed on paper because of the size.

Spring and Magnolia Bird Large Laminated Print (LLP) and How to Mount a Print

These are two Large Laminated Prints (LLP) of size 16 x 20"/40 x 50cm. The customer requested to print them on vinyl sheet with one side is sticky so that she will mount them on a foam board to hang. Since it is quite big, I think it will be very heavy to be framed.

Some customers asked me where to buy board for mounting of the prints. You can buy them from your local advertisement material shop such as one ArtGrafix.You can buy a foam board or gator board from them with the size you like and mount it your self.

Magnolia Bird Most Popular Large Laminated Print and A Small Break

The Magnolia Bird is the most popular Large Laminated (LLP) Print so far. Due to lamination, the surface is a bit glare that the details are not shown very well in this photo. I like the red with a bit of blue and green colors among it.

The second most popular is the Gardner print. The girl is lovely.

All the prints are printed on vinyl sheet that the customers will mount them on a form-board. I think the vinyl sheet is a good choice. They create very modern look.

I will take a small break next week to visit my friends and relatives. The summer is over and my home is quiet down after visitors left. But we miss them and it is our turn to visit them now. I am so excited to have the break.

Humming Bird Large Laminated Print (LLP)

This is a LLP that I made for a customer order. It is a laminated print that measures 16 x 24"/40 x 60cm. The customer wanted it to be printed on a vinyl sheet because she will mount it on a hard-board. I am sorry the photo is taken in the evening time and it is a bit dark.

This is a sample view of the mounted print. It is a lovely and modern print for a living room.

Moonlight Owl Bird Abstract Landscape Big Laminated Print

This  is a Large Laminated Print of 16 x 20"/41 x 51cm.  It is from Moonlight Owl painting. This is made for a customer who is collecting owl for her pink office. I believe it would be very nice to fit in a pink environment and interior decoration.

Just a note about the photo, the owl print is supported by a white canvas. I think I should not use a white canvas next time for taking photos due the bright color.

I was very happy to have these big laminated prints produced. They are printed on paper with pigment ink. It can be used outdoors without fading. 

They measure 12 x 18"/30 x 46cm. But I added one cm on both side for framing. Thus the actual prints are 31 x 47cm.

The surface is laminated and they are protected against dirty or finger prints. 

These prints means to be framed. If you like to have some prints that can be mounted on hard board, you can try the Large Laminated Prints (LLP). They have sticky side that can be mounted on a board to hang.

I found that sometime it is much better to have a square shape of print instead of rectangle one. Sometime, you may need bigger size prints such as 10 x 10, 12 x 12 or 12 x 18.

I introduce these new sizes in my store. There are two more types of prints:

   [3]. 12 x 12"/30 x 30cm
   [4]. 12 x 18"/30 x 46cm
   The big prints are printed on heavy art paper with pigment ink.  The surface is laminated so that it protect the print against dirt such as finger prints. It also enhance the durability of the prints.

I will arrange the design to fit perfectly to the size of the print you choose. The big prints are not printed from enlarged small print. I have very large design files for all the prints that are carter to print very big prints. Thus, the quality of the prints are guaranteed.

Blue Poppies Laminated Print Mounted on Stretched Canvas

This is another laminated print mounted on Stretched Canvas. It measures 30 x 40cm /12 x 16".

The print is purchased as gift for a girl. Laminated Print Mounted on Stretched Canvas (LPSC) is bigger that the LPWB (Laminated Print Mounted on Wood Block) which is 8 x 10"/20 x 25cm.

I just got a message from the JC (Junior College) students who purchased the LPSC posted on last blog entry.

Relaxing in a Pond Bird Flower Garden Large Laminated Print (LLP)

I am so excited to share with you the very large print of 28 x 36/71 x 91cm. It is a Large Laminated Print (LLP). The color is really beautiful with subtle blue and whites.

The print  is not like normal posters. It has a laminated surface that you can clean it and it has a sticky side that you can stick it to a gator-board for hanging. This is the largest print that I have ever made. It is 30 x 38/71 x 95cm. The Small Red Owl Tree print is 8 x 10.5/ 20 x 27cm.

The LLP has a sticky side that you can mount the print on a hardboard such as gator bard. The surface of the print is laminated which means it has a protection layer that protects against dirt or finger prints. You can also clean it with a wet towel.

The Kiss Very Large Laminated Print

I just sold one Large Laminated Print (LLP) of "The Kiss". It measures 27 x 35"/70 x 90cm. You can see how small the 8.5 x 11.5"/21 x 30 cm Spring print is comparing to the LLP.

The print has a sticky side that you can stick it to a hard-board such as gatorboard. You peel off the paper attached to the sticky side. If you leave the paper on, you can frame it as a normal print. Better than normal print, it is laminated which means it has a protection layer to allow you to clean the print with a wet towel.

Large Sized Laminated Prints

I have just sold a print of this green Secrete Garden. It is the largest print that I sold so far. It is 27" x 35"/70 x 90cm.

It is a laminated print with one side is sticky. It can be mounted on a hard board such as Gator Board.

Gator Board is rigid polystyrene foam core laminated between two face veneers of resin-impregnated wood fiber. They are used for mounting paintings. It is light weight yet very rigid that can sustain hard pressure.

Current the largest prints that I support are of size 70 x 100cm. I am working on some ways of deliver larger ones . If there is a better safe way, I am very interested in develop even larger prints. I think the laminated prints mounted on board have modern appeal that are affordable. It is a good choice to decorate a large space.
